1. Deposits
- Deposits, where required, secure bookings and cover preparation and scheduling costs
- Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing
2. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid
3. Service Issues
If you experience an issue with our workmanship:
- Please notify us within 7 days of service completion
- We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide corrective action
4. Refunds
Refunds are considered only where:
- Services were paid for but not delivered
- An error occurred that cannot be reasonably corrected
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we strive for high-quality workmanship, outcomes may vary depending on equipment, signal quality, site conditions, and third-party factors beyond our control.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clearview TV & Surveillance provides on-site and installation-based services.
Payments are arranged directly between the client and Clearview TV & Surveillance. Refunds, where applicable, are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature and stage of the service provided.
Cancellations must be communicated prior to service commencement. Any costs already incurred may be deducted where applicable.
